DB Netz
Together with Mensch und Maschine GmbH, we built dynamic HTML forms and the accompanying data processing for DB Netz inside the DESITE BIM 3D software and integrated them cleanly into the existing BIM workflow.
Task
DB Netz's BIM process generated structured input that, until now, had to be captured awkwardly outside the model environment. The goal was dynamic forms available directly within the DESITE BIM 3D software.
Working with Mensch und Maschine GmbH, we built dynamic HTML forms along with the matching data processing and embedded them directly into the existing BIM workflow.
The forms had to adapt flexibly to varying data structures and communicate reliably with the DESITE environment, without disrupting the established way of working.
We opted for a lean React interface with dynamically generated fields and robust data processing that feeds input cleanly back into the BIM workflow.
